Dramatherapist/ Arts Psychotherapist
I am an HCPC registered Drama and Movement Therapist, and a member of the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth). I trained in the Sesame Approach to Dramatherapy, an evidence‑based psychological model that integrates Jungian and Developmental Psychology with movement, drama, play, and story.
My practice is proudly neuro‑affirming and rooted in the belief that neurodiversity is a vital and valuable part of human experience. I work from the understanding that every person communicates, processes, and expresses themselves differently, and therapy should adapt to the individual- not the other way around.
I offer a safe, creative, and flexible therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges through a range of creative modalities: enactment, role, movement, storytelling, play, art-making, music, voice and imaginative expression. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred and relational, grounded in compassion and curiosity.
I have worked across primary and secondary schools, specialist and mainstream education, psychiatric care, supported living services, and community settings. I facilitate both one‑to‑one and group sessions (both virtually and face-to-face).
Inclusion is at the heart of my work, informed by both my professional background and my lived experience of disability and neurodivergence. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where neurodivergent people feel seen, understood, and celebrated.
