Integrative, person centred counsellor
Using an integrative, person centred relational approach I focus on building a trusting relationship and going at your own pace. By working together, we will explore your feelings and inner conflicts, enabling you to understand yourself more fully and move through life with a little more ease.
I firmly believe you are the expert, with my role being to guide, hold space, and support you in this exploration. I have experience working with adult clients of all ages, genders, and neurotypes including ADHD and autism, as well as lived experience in this area.
I completed my Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am now embarking on a PhD researching the psychological support seeking of parents of neurodivergent children.I have also published researched in this area.I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP),which means I am fully qualified and registered, and am bound by their ethical guidelines and professional standards. I also attend regular workshops and training courses to enhance my Continued Professional Development.
